| Fixture findings | Relatively clean translucent hair edges; the 2048px input became a 1673px output in this test. | Hair and subject are largely retained; some background remains between curls. |
| Original historical observation | VanceAI BGremover segments frizzy curly hair transitions cleanly (mad_band=0.0950, bg_leak=0.222%) with zero visible color fringing across green, black, and white backdrops; its only limitation is normalizing 2048px input to 1673×1673. | Very high foreground hair preservation (fg_recall=99.85%) in a 9.23MB 2048×2048 PNG, though a small patch of bookshelf background remained inside left curly hair gaps (bg_leak=0.442%, mad_band=0.1235, SAD(k)=49.85). |
| Suitable uses · historical assessment | Users who want high-precision no-login hair cutouts (1673×1673 unwatermarked) and seamless chaining with 4x upscaling or sharpening in one workspace | Designers and everyday users who value Adobe's enterprise privacy standards and want a zero-login 2048×2048 full-res PNG |
