| Fixture findings | This test exported a full-size transparent image without login; inspect fine hair locally. | The export is 2048px, but hair has blocky cuts and jagged gaps; inspect carefully for detailed cutouts. |
| Original historical observation | Aiseesoft Free Background Remover is a rare true zero-gate full-resolution tool: it exports a native 2048×2048 unwatermarked RGBA PNG without signup, achieving 99.82% foreground recall and 0.313% background leak (mad_band = 0.1766). | Because segmentation runs on a heavily compressed upload and a 22KB mask upscaled to 2048px, curly hair edges appear blocky and hard-clipped (mad_band=0.1462, SAD(k)=51.1, bg_leak=0.816%). |
| Suitable uses · historical assessment | Users seeking a 100% free, no-login, full 2048×2048 watermark-free transparent PNG cutout | Simple hard-edged objects (boxes, cars, icons) needing sub-second processing where fine hair detail is not required |
