PicWish offers Pro and Max subscriptions. Pro includes HD downloads for core features and recurring credits. Recurring credits can be used for AI tools such as AI Designer and Listing Image Generator. Max includes all Pro benefits, plus free uses of select AI tools such as AI Designer and Watermark Remover. Subscription benefits are available on the PicWish website and mobile app.   Pay-as-you-go plan: Use credits for any PicWish feature with no daily download limit. They never expire and can be used across all PicWish platforms until they run out. If I subscribe to a plan, do I still need to buy credits? Your subscription includes up to 2,000 recurring credits per month, depending on your plan. You can use these credits for any feature on PicWish. If you run out, you can purchase pay-as-you-go credits to continue using PicWish. Does my subscription work on mobile? Absolutely! The Subscription plan offers you unlimited access to all features on both iOS and Android apps. I have a team. Which plan should I choose? Our Pay-as-you-go plan supports team collaboration. All team members will share your credits. You can choose an ideal Pay-as-you-go option and upgrade your team seats here.   Please note that the Subscription plan only includes one seat and does not support team mode. What happens if I renew my Subscription Plan and don't use all my credits within the subscription period? Please note that unused recurring credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your recurring credits refresh weekly or monthly from your subscription date, depending on your plan. If you upgrade your subscription, any unused recurring credits from your current plan will expire. Your new recurring credits will be issued on the upgrade date, which will become your new refresh date. How can I get a refund? You can ask support for a refund if you purchase our online or Windows version of PicWish. You can upgrade or renew at the same tier at any time. Downgrades are not currently supported.   Upgrading: The remaining value of your current subscription will be automatically applied to your upgrade, so you only need to pay the difference. Your new subscription will take effect immediately, and any remaining benefits from your previous subscription will expire.   Renewing at the same tier: If you purchase another subscription at the same tier, it will not take effect immediately. Your new subscription will start automatically after your current subscription expires. If you need additional credits before then, you can purchase pay-as-you-go credits as a top-up.   Downgrading: Downgrades are not currently supported.
