We don't offer a free trial, but our compression algorithm works the same for both paid and free users. You're welcome to optimize your images with the web tool as a free user. If you sign up for the Web subscription using a credit card, it will be set to renew automatically every year. If you are not interested in renewing, you can easily disable this feature from your account dashboard. If you're unsure about your subscription needs over 365 days, don't worry! We'll send email notifications one month and one week before your subscription ends, so you’ll know what’s coming up with your plan. 05. Can I upgrade my Web Pro plan at any time? Yes, you can upgrade from Web Pro to Web Ultra at any time through your account dashboard. When you upgrade, we’ll refund you for the remaining months of your Web Pro subscription. 06. Do you offer team license? If so, how to set it up? Yes, you can sign up for a team license using a single Tinify account. Each license provides one user access to either Web Pro or Web Ultra features for one year. Please ensure you purchase a license for each user. Note that our system doesn't support multiple email addresses per account, so we recommend using a shared email address for registration in those cases. 07. I have an active Web subscription, but why can’t I compress more images? To access the paid features, make sure you are logged in on the website. Once logged in, your username, accompanied by a small crown icon, should be visible in the top right corner. If you don't see your name there, you need to log in first.
